If you have a Yap Jack
| 1. Ensure the Yap Jack is connected to a telephone and is powered |
| 2. Press the Yap Jack Button |
| 3. Press 57 on the phone keypad |
| 4. Listen and Record your Account Information |

If you have a Yap Jack Plus
| To check your ACCOUNT: |
| 1. When Yap Jack Plus * Ready * is |
| displayed on the LCD, press the Menu/Exit button. |
2. When >Account Config displays, select it by pressing the OK button.
3. Select >Account Number by pressing the OK button. The Account Number entry field displays.
4. To exit, press the OK button.

| To check your PIN: |

5. Select PIN by pressing the down button and then pressing OK. The PIN entry field displays.
6. Using your telephone keypad, enter the PIN associated with your account number.
7. To exit, press the OK button.

| To check your ISP information: |
|
8. Select ISP Config by pressing the down button and then pressing OK.
9. When >ISP Phone Num. is displayed on the LCD, select it by pressing the OK button. The ISP Phone Num. entry field displays.
10.To exit, press the OK button. |

11. Select ISP User Name by pressing the down button and then pressing OK. The ISP User Name entry field displays.
12. To exit, press the OK button. |

13. Select ISP Password by pressing the down button and then pressing OK. The ISP Password entry field displays.
14. To exit, press the OK button.
15. Press the Menu/Exit button twice to exit out and hang up your telephone handset. Yap Jack Plus * Ready * displays on the LCD. |

If you have an IP Phone
| 1. When * Ready * is displayed on the LCD, press the Menu button. |
2. When >Account Number displays, wait 3 seconds and the value will be displayed
3.Press the Menu button. The PIN entry field displays.
4. To exit, press the Set button.

VIEWING YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE
To view your Account Balance, please follow the instructions below:
| 1. Go to www.webcomusa.net |
| 2. Log In to your Online Profile |
| 3. Select the 'Call & Billing History' link |
| 4. Select 'Call History' |
| 5. Submit the Call History request | Your Account Balance will be displayed along with your Call History.
